Software Engineer (Laravel / TypeScript)
£50,000 to £65,000 | Fully Remote

I’m currently working with a fast-growing business in the circular economy and commerce space that’s looking to hire a Software Engineer to help scale and evolve its technology platforms.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll work across commerce platforms, operational tooling, integrations and internal systems. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, operations and leadership teams to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions.

The company is open to candidates at both mid and senior level, depending on experience.

Essential Experience

  • Strong experience with PHP and Laravel
  • Experience building production-grade web applications and APIs
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling
  • Experience working within modern software engineering environments
  • Collaborative, product-focused mindset

Nice to Have

  • TypeScript and Node.js ecosystem experience
  • GCP and/or AWS exposure
  • Pulumi and/or Terraform experience
  • Event-driven systems experience
  • Experience within eCommerce, logistics, marketplace or operational platforms
