In-House Legal Counsel - Exclusive role
An established international healthcare technology business is looking to appoint an In-House Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team.

Our client is a fast-growing healthcare technology and services organisation whose products are trusted by tens of thousands of healthcare professionals every day. Operating across multiple international markets, the business develops innovative technology that supports safer, more efficient clinical care and continues to invest heavily in its legal, compliance and commercial functions.
The role
Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, the successful candidate will provide legal support across the wider group, working on a broad range of commercial, corporate and regulatory matters.
This is a varied in-house position offering exposure to multiple business functions, international legal work and the opportunity to play a key role within a rapidly growing organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advice across all areas of the business.
- Draft, negotiate and review a wide range of commercial contracts.
- Advise on legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
- Develop and maintain precedent agreements.
- Support company secretarial and corporate governance activities.
- Provide legal support to HR, Sales, Operations, Marketing and Product teams.
- Manage contract repositories and document governance.
- Review and update commercial agreements.
- Support global legal and compliance projects.
- Conduct security and compliance reviews.
- Advise product teams on legal and regulatory requirements for new products and services.
- Assist with wider legal and administrative responsibilities as required.
Candidate profile
Applicants should have:
- Qualified Solicitor status with a minimum of three years' post-qualified experience.
- Strong commercial contract drafting and negotiation experience.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making ability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
- The ability to work collaboratively across a growing international business.
Previous in-house legal experience, data protection expertise and experience with finance agreements would be advantageous.
The successful candidate should also be willing to travel occasionally to offices across Ireland and the UK.
